A class representing a collection of ProblemClassificationResource and their operations. Each ProblemClassificationResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SupportAzureServiceResource. To get a ProblemClassificationCollection instance call the GetProblemClassifications method from an instance of SupportAzureServiceResource.
