The IsRecurringSpecified property gets or sets a Boolean value that specifies whether the IsRecurring property is serialized into the SOAP request. This property is required if the IsRecurring property is specified.

The IsRecurringSpecified property returns true if the IsRecurring property is serialized into the SOAP request; otherwise, the property returns false.
