Random generator based on the ARC4 algorithm. Often a good choice.

Remarks

Unlike the SharedRandom object, GKARC4RandomSource objects do not share state with system-wide arc4random C functions. GKARC4RandomSource objects are both deterministic and independent.

GKARC4RandomSource objects are generally good random sources, but may be predicted by analyzing the first 768 values generated. To avoid such possibilities, call DropValues(UIntPtr) with a value of 768 or greater.
