Substring(Int32, Int32)	Returns the String value of the subsequence from the start index to the end index.
Substring(Int32)	Returns the String value of the subsequence from the start index to the current end.

Substring(Int32, Int32)

Returns the String value of the subsequence from the start index to the end index.
