Deletes the ExchangeUser object from the AddressEntries collection object to which it belongs.

The ExchangeUser object is derived from the AddressEntry object. An ExchangeUser object is an AddressEntry object that has olExchangeUserAddressEntry as the AddressEntryUserType; calling GetExchangeUser() returns the corresponding ExchangeUser object.
