Property Value
The name of the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Data Transformation Services (DTS) package that is applied at the Subscriber.
Remarks
Support for transformable subscription is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. This feature should not be used in new development work. Transforming published data requires the SQL Server 2000 (DTS) runtime and only supports packages created in SQL Server 2000. The runtime is available if you upgrade from SQL Server 2000, or if you select to install it during setup.
You must enable the AllowDtsTransformation property on the Attributes property for the publication before you set the DtsPackageName property. You must also set the DtsPackageLocation property, as well as the DtsPackagePassword property, if the package is password protected.
The DtsPackageName property can only be retrieved by members of the sysadmin
fixed server role, by members of the db_owner
fixed database role, or by the user who created the subscription.
The DtsPackageName property can only be set by members of the sysadmin
fixed server role or by members of the db_owner
fixed database role.
Retrieving DtsPackageName is equivalent to executing sp_helpsubscription (Transact-SQL).
Setting DtsPackageName is equivalent to executing sp_addpushsubscription_agent (Transact-SQL) or sp_change_subscription_properties (Transact-SQL).
