The text message for this exception. The value of this property takes one of two forms, as follows.

Condition Value
The ActualValue is null. The Message string passed to the constructor.
The ActualValue is not null. The Message string appended with the string representation of the invalid argument value.

Remarks

This property overrides Message.

The error message should describe the expected values of the parameter that causes this exception. The error message should be localized.
