Reads a IntPtr from the beginning of a read-only span of bytes, as little endian.

When this method returns, contains the value read out of the read-only span of bytes, as little endian.

false
if the span is too small to contain a IntPtr; otherwise, true
.
Remarks
Reads exactly 4 bytes on 32-bit platforms or 8 bytes on 64-bit platforms from the beginning of the span.
