Looks up the localized name of the specified category.

The identifer for the category to look up.
The localized name of the category, or null
if a localized name does not exist.
The Category property calls this method the first time it is accessed to look up the localized name for the specified category.
Override this method to add your own localized names to categories. If a localized string is available for the given value, the method should return it. Otherwise, call the base class's GetLocalizedString(String) method to let the base class localize the string.
