Gets a collection of child designers.

public System.Collections.ICollection Children { get; }member this.Children : System.Collections.ICollectionPublic ReadOnly Property Children As ICollectionAn ICollection, containing the collection of IDesigner child objects of the current designer.
The Children property will return an empty collection if the ITreeDesigner has no child objects.
