Empties the connection pool.

public static void ClearAllPools();static member ClearAllPools : unit -> unitPublic Shared Sub ClearAllPools ()ClearAllPools resets (or empties) the connection pool. If connections are in use at the time of the call, they are marked appropriately and are discarded when Close is called on them.
