Gets or sets the wct parameter of the message.

The value of the wct parameter specified as a datetime string in UTC.
Exceptions
An attempt to set a value that is not a valid datetime string occurs.
Remarks
The wct parameter specifies the current time at the instant that the message was created. The wct parameter is optional. Set to the CurrentTime property null or an empty string to remove the wct parameter from the message.
