Gets the minor version of the SAML specification to which this SAML assertion conforms.

The minor version of the SAML specification to which this SAML assertion conforms. The default value is the value of the MinorVersionValue property.
Remarks
The MinorVersion property corresponds to the MinorVersion attribute of the <saml:Assertion> element defined in the Assertions and Protocol for the OASIS SAML specification.
