Returns a value that indicates whether the specified key identifier clause can be serialized by this instance.

Parameters

securityKeyIdentifierClause
SecurityKeyIdentifierClause

The key identifier clause to be checked.

Returns

true if the key identifier clause can be serialized; otherwise, false. The default is false.

Remarks

The default implementation always returns false.

If you override CanWriteKeyIdentifierClause, you must also override the WriteKeyIdentifierClause method to provide the logic to serialize the key identifier clause.
