Remarks
If the DataPager.Fields collection is not empty, the GetDesignTimeHtml() method refreshes the TypeDescriptor object to force the PreFilterProperties method to be called and then calls its base implementation. If the DataPager.Fields collection is empty, the GetDesignTimeHtml() method invokes the GetEmptyDesignTimeHtml method to generate the markup.
