Creates objects from each type contained in this ToolboxItem, and adds them to the specified designer.

Exceptions
The CreateComponentsCore(IDesignerHost) method is only available in Windows Forms.
Remarks
CreateComponentsCore always throws an exception, indicating that the method is inherited from ToolboxItem and only intended for use with Windows Forms.
