Parameters

postDataKey
String

The key identifier for the control.

postCollection
NameValueCollection

The collection of all incoming name values.

Returns

true if the HtmlInputText control's state has changed as a result of the postback; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The LoadPostData method checks to see whether the postback value of the HtmlInputText control is different from its previous value, and if so, returns true.

The LoadPostData method is used primarily by control developers extending the functionality of the HtmlInputText control.
