The Checkpoint property is set when the VerificationAttribute instance is created and is required.
For the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines defined on the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web site the Checkpoint property is specified as a guideline number followed by a period (.) followed by a checkpoint number.
