Restores view state information from a previous page request that was saved by the SaveViewState() method.

Parameters

savedState: Object

An Object that represents the control state to restore.

Exceptions

ArgumentException

The savedState parameter cannot be resolved to a valid ViewState.

Remarks

Override the LoadViewState method when you need to specify how a custom server control restores its view state. For more information, see Server Control Custom State Management.
