Creates the DataSourceSelectArguments object that contains the arguments that are passed to the data source.

Remarks

The CreateDataSourceSelectArguments method is a helper method that is called by the ListView control. In this implementation, the DataSourceSelectArguments object contains the arguments for paging operations.
