virtual void OnFiltering(System::Web::UI::WebControls::ObjectDataSourceFilteringEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnFiltering(System.Web.UI.WebControls.ObjectDataSourceFilteringEventArgs e);
abstract member OnFiltering : System.Web.UI.WebControls.ObjectDataSourceFilteringEventArgs -> unit
override this.OnFiltering : System.Web.UI.WebControls.ObjectDataSourceFilteringEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnFiltering (e As ObjectDataSourceFilteringEventArgs)
An ObjectDataSourceFilteringEventArgs that contains the event data.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information about how to handle events, see Handling and Raising Events.
The OnFiltering method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
When overriding the OnFiltering(ObjectDataSourceFilteringEventArgs) method in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnFiltering(ObjectDataSourceFilteringEventArgs) method for the base class so that registered delegates receive the event.
