The following example shows how to specify the PageLeftCommand in a custom ScrollBar style template.

This command decreases the Value of the Track in the ScrollBar by the value of the LargeChange property.
This command occurs when the user presses the page button that is to the left of the Thumb. The following illustration shows the page buttons in a ScrollBar.
When you implement a ScrollBar as part of a ScrollViewer control, the ScrollViewer executes this command.
