public virtual void Remove(object? value);

Public Overridable Sub Remove (value As Object)
The underlying list has a fixed size or is read-only.
The Remove method causes the list to be searched for the value
parameter. If found, this method will attempt to remove the item from the List. This attempt will fail if the list has a fixed size or is read-only. These two conditions can be tested with the IsFixedSize and IsReadOnly properties, respectively.
This method raises the ListChanged event.
