ScrollProperties.Minimum Property

Gets or sets the lower limit of the scrollable range.

Public Property Minimum As Integer
An Int32 representing the lower range of the scroll bar.
Minimum cannot be less than zero.
If the new value of Minimum is greater than Maximum, then Maximum is set equal to Minimum.
