Raises the HandleDestroyed event.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
When overriding OnHandleDestroyed(EventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnHandleDestroyed(EventArgs) method.
