Gets the ResourceKey for the Color of the text in the active window's title bar.

The resource key for the Color of the text in the active window's title bar.
Remarks
Use the ActiveCaptionTextColorKey to create a dynamic reference to the active caption text system color. This dynamic reference will automatically update if the color is changed. To create a static reference that does not update automatically, use ActiveCaptionTextColor.
