Provides class handling for the GotTouchCapture routed event that occurs when a touch is captured to this element.

A TouchEventArgs that contains the event data.
The OnGotTouchCapture method has no default implementation. Override OnGotTouchCapture in a derived class to handle the GotTouchCapture event. Be sure to call the base class' OnGotTouchCapture method so that base classes receive the event.
