Notifies the ActivityMarkupSerializer that an object is about to be serialized.

Parameters

serializationManager: WorkflowMarkupSerializationManager

The WorkflowMarkupSerializationManager that manages the serialization process.

obj: Object

The Object to be serialized.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

serializationManager, obj, or writer contains a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

ArgumentException

obj is not of type Activity.

Remarks

OnAfterSerialize is called immediately before the Serialize method runs on the activity specified by obj. OnBeforeSerialize writes the opening extensible Application Markup Language (XAML) tag for the activity, including any required attributes.
