WorkflowRuntimeEventArgs.IsStarted Property

Gets a value that indicates whether the workflow runtime engine is running.

public bool IsStarted { get; }member this.IsStarted : boolPublic ReadOnly Property IsStarted As Booleantrue if the workflow runtime engine is running; otherwise, false.
IsStarted will be true for the WorkflowRuntime.Started event and false for the WorkflowRuntime.Stopped event.
