Business value
Automation has proven to help sellers be more effective. Dynamics 365 Sales now provides flexible ways to assign the best cadence to the best customer, including seller-driven cadence selection. This helps your sellers feel more empowered to drive tailored experiences that emulate their style best.
Feature details
Currently, sales development representatives, business development representatives, account managers, and other sales team members don't have permission to connect a sequence to lead, opportunity, or other record types. With this change:
- Use security roles permission to manage who can connect a sequence.
- Explore all sequences and use tags to choose an appropriate sequence.
- Sellers can assign a sequence to a lead, opportunity, or other record types.
- As interaction with prospects is dynamic and doesn't follow a fixed path, sellers can change and assign another sequence at any time.
