Sellers today often lose time engaging with the wrong leads, struggling with a busy pipeline with irrelevant records, and unable to find the customers who are more likely to close. Ensuring that only quality leads are being assigned to sellers, with accurate data that enables personalized interactions, will save sellers valuable time and allow them to close more business opportunities.

Our AI-based model empowers sellers by flagging duplicate leads based on standard rules. Sellers can choose to merge details of the duplicate leads to the primary record or delete the duplicate leads, thereby ensuring that the sellers always have the right leads with the right information.

Feature details

This release allow the sellers to identify and manage duplicate leads. This ensures effective customer communication, better reporting, and target grouping at the organization level.

The seller is aided in identifying the correct primary lead and merging the other duplicate records to it.
