The application queue is an Onboarding essentials component that provides the list of applications the Onboarding agent must manage. The Onboarding agent can filter the application queue either by the applications to which they're assigned or by the queues of which they're members.
The application queue component is based on the platform's core queue capabilities. To assign, pick, release, or perform other queue actions, you must have created a page based on the application queue items. To learn more about queue capabilities, see Queue entities.
Queue actions such as Pick, Release, and so on are not supported in the current release.
Each record in the list holds key application information including whether the record is assigned to a user. Selecting the record displays the application form.
