When agents talk to customers, having access to all the information about the customer makes it easier to serve them.

Feature details

While in a meeting, agents will have access to Microsoft Copilot for Service, enabling them to do the following:

  • Access all the CRM records related to the customer.
  • Edit CRM records, like case or contact details, from Microsoft Teams.
  • Link to open CRM records from Microsoft Teams.
