Enable customer representatives such as sales teams and sales managers to provide Copilot with keywords, phrases, and SKUs that are specific to their company or industry, so that if these come up during a meeting, the transcript will pick it up correctly and insights can be derived accordingly.

Provide sales organizations with the ability to enrich the transcription industry with keywords, phrases, and mentions that are specific to their brand or industry in order for the Teams transcription service to pick it up and for Copilot for Sales to provide business insights.
