Business value

Agents don't have to wait for Copilot for Service to generate an entire response before they can start reading it. When embedded in third-party CRMs, Copilot provides responses in real time to help agents save time and reduce perceived latency.

Feature details

When Copilot is embedded in Salesforce or ServiceNow CRMs, agents can use it to write an email response or ask a question, including multi-turn questions. Agents can read the generated responses on the user interface incrementally, without having to wait for the entire response to be generated. They can also choose to stop Copilot from generating a response and start fresh.

This feature will be auto-enabled for all users.
