Agents can quickly catch up on details about a case while they're in a meeting with the customers instead of having to go to the CRM system.
Feature details
Copilot for Service lets agents view a case summary when meeting with a customer. This feature offers the following benefits:
- The case summary will be visible in the Copilot for Service pane during the meeting.
- The summary will be of the case associated with the meeting.
