Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dataverse that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When viewing existing cases and selecting the "check access" option in the Customer Service Hub, a portion of the security roles section was not visible while zoom was set to 400%.*
  • When using keyboard navigation to select data within a Bar Chart in a Opportunity Homepage grid, the Bar chart data could not be selected.*
  • When using keyboard navigation and checking access within the Customer Service Hub, keyboard focus would move to non-interactive elements.
  • The Voiceover screen reader announced ever list item as a heading level 1 item within the Field Service mobile app.
  • Page headers within the Customer account view within the Sales Hub did not follow the standard order for heading levels.

Platform Services

  • When using Gmail, emails that contained .msg attachments were received without the attached file within Dynamics.

Sales

  • The note analysis feature was not present in Sales Insights settings when either 2021 release wave 1 and 2 were enabled.
  • Activities did not load in lead activities associated grid.

Unified Interface

  • After adding a jump bar control to a custom activity homepage grid, the jump bar did not display.*
  • When applying new filter conditions to a single column, all the previous filters were reflected in the column.
  • The height for a grid within an account entity was not maintained when selecting the "show as" button to switch from an editable grid view to a read-only view in the Customer Service Hub.*
  • In an activity entity appointment, the ‘Set’ button when setting a recurrence pattern was unresponsive.
  • Currency fields with a precision of '2' were rounding down, rather than up.*
  • Failures occurred when loading grids within an environment while using Internet Explorer 11.
  • When the 2021 release wave 2 was enabled, owner fields with grids did not have the relevant lookup conditions.
  • Currency fields with a precision of 2 were rounding down, rather than up.
  • When opening a record in the Accounts grid, the record form did not contain a footer section. This occurred within the 2021 release wave 2.
  • When selecting a category for a donut chart in the Sales app, duplicate color indicators appeared in the chart legend.
  • When using keyboard navigation to select data within a Bar Chart in a Opportunity Homepage grid, the Bar chart data could not be selected.
  • Clearing the search box after performing a global search would result in a blank page. Cleared search boxes following a search using a single asterisk (*) wildcard would result in "undefined" appearing in the search field.
  • After upgrading to 2021 release wave 2 Preview, the share dialogue within account records did not maintain local language settings.
  • When modifying email and synchronization settings in the Customer Service Hub, the up and down arrow keys were unresponsive when attempting to navigate through content.
  • Booking records were unresponsive when attempting to mark a service task or service as complete within the Service tab, on mobile devices.
  • When the 2021 release wave 2 was enabled, the jump-bar control within an Account entity did not contain the required selectors and attributes.
  • When saving a new post or record in a contact entity after navigating to the related tab, the form did not save the new post or record.
  • While the 2021 release wave 2 was enabled, recent and pinned buttons were not visible when the sitemap was in the collapsed mode.
  • When navigating to an Accounts grid and opening any record, many options were not available in the command bar and records did not contain all the available details.

  • An error and timeouts occurred when emails tracked in queued mailboxes attempted to synchronize with Exchange mailboxes.

Sales

  • An error occurred when loading email templates.

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred in the Field Service Mobile app while in offline mode for quick view forms on version 1.4.3159-2108.4 and above.*
  • An error occurred when selecting the search icon while in the Dynamics 365 for Outlook app.*
  • An error occurred when applying column filters on a column from a related entity in a new grid.
