Repaired Functionality
The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.
Accessibility
- When viewing a record in a rollup query, the VoiceOver narrator did not announce the "no data available" status message.
- In the Account menu within the Customer Service Hub. some controls within the "Attachment Preview" dialog popup were inaccessible via keyboard navigation.
- In the Customer Service Workspace, the productivity pane did not populate data when opening the productivity pane within a case when using keyboard navigation.
- When creating a note in the timeline, the NVDA screen reader did not announce the label name for the "Create a note" text edit field.
- When performing a search in the timeline of an existing case entity, the JAWS and NVDA screen readers did not announce the search results information.
- When set to 200% zoom and at a screen resolution of 320x256, the due date field overlapped with the calendar icon within the more header fields for a new email in the Sales Hub.
Solutions
- When using a tablet, a portion of the command bar controls, within a contact entity, were not visible in the Field Service mobile app.*
Unified Interface
- When performing three quick find searches consecutively, the third search result did not reflect the keyword search criteria.*
- In the Customer Service Hub, when selecting a record from quick find search results and then navigating back to the results grid, clearing the quick find search did not clear out previous search results.
- When performing a quick find search in a grid and adding a new column to the results view, no search results were displayed and text in the quick find search bar was changed to the "{0" characters.
