The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When using tab navigation to view the audit history table for an account entity, the NVDA screen reader did not announce the correct role for the 'changed by column' link option.
  • The Customize Regional Options heading was truncated when the viewpoint resolution was 320x356.
  • When zoom was set to 200%, a portion of the data present below the "Set Personal Options" heading was not visible.
  • The NVDA screen reader and Narrator did not enough information when focus was applied to the profile picture page element when creating a new email signature in the Customer Service Hub.
  • In the Customer Service Workspace, the productivity pane did not populate data when opening the productivity pane within a case when using keyboard navigation.*
  • When viewing any Existing Rollup Query in the Sales Hub, the Voiceover screen reader applied focus to the group selector checkbox twice.
  • When using the arrow keys to navigate search suggestions, the NVDA screen reader and Narrator did not announce any information for the controls present in the Sales Activity Social Dashboard.
  • When editing a new email template within the site map, keyboard focus was lost when changing focus between elements in the editor tab using Tab navigation.
  • When modifying a filter in an account entity, keyboard focus was not applied to the first interactive element in the filter dialog.
  • When selecting the "Archived Process" button in an account entity, the screen readers did not announce any information about the available content.
  • When viewing any Existing Rollup Query in the Sales Hub, the Voiceover screen reader applied focus to the group selector checkbox twice.
  • When using the arrow keys to navigate search suggestions, the NVDA screen reader and Narrator did not announce any information for the controls present in the Sales Activity Social Dashboard.

Solutions

  • When using a tablet device, a portion of the command bar controls within a contact entity were not visible in the Field Service mobile app.

Unified Interface

  • When adding text to a note, image, video, audio, or attachment in the timeline of a booking entity, the text was not visible in the Field Service mobile app.
