The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When using tab navigation to modify the default currency settings, the NVDA screen reader did not announce the label name of the currency options.
  • The System filter tab, within Personalization settings was not completely visible when changing the size of the window upon reflow.
  • In the Customer Service admin center, some strings within the sitemap did not adhere to localization settings.
  • When using the arrow keys to navigate search suggestions, the NVDA screen reader and Narrator did not announce any information for the controls present in the Sales Activity Social Dashboard.

Unified Interface

  • When adding text to a note, image, video, audio, or attachment in the timeline of a booking entity, the text was not visible in the Field Service mobile app.
  • In the Customer Service Hub when sharing a view, the Shared with view in the Share pop-up menu did not show a preview of the users shared to.
  • When expanding a note that contained an inline attachment in the Customer Service Hub, duplicate inline attachments were added to the note.
