Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When using tab navigation to view a contact list in an account entity, the list was not visible while high contrast mode was enabled.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, links in the Security Role section of the Check Access dialogue box were not underlined and were not proceeded by a chevron icon.
  • When using tab navigation to view the audit history table for an account entity, the NVDA screen reader did not announce the correct role for the "changed by column" link option.*

Unified Interface

  • When searching for an email address in the "To" lookup field of an email, the search results included all available email addresses before filtering the addresses based on the search criteria.*
  • When setting the "Mark as Completed" option for a Migrated Automatic Record Creation rule to 'no' and refreshing, the 'Mark as complete' option was set to 'yes' in the Customer Service Hub.
  • When creating a new SLA item on a case entity that contained a Calendar, the calendar did not match the local language settings.
  • When using tab navigation, a portion of the "Manage access" settings were inaccessible after the display resolution was modified.
