The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When using tab navigation to view the "check access" dialog box in an account entity, the NVDA screen reader did not announce the checkbox state within the "Shared" control.
  • In the Sales Hub, when creating a new project and navigating to the Summary tab, a portion of the tab controls were not visible when text-spacing settings were enabled.

Unified Interface

  • When modifying availability settings in the "My Work" section of the Sales Accelerator, the labels for the start time and end time options were not displayed.*
  • The week and month views within a Booking entity calendar were not available on Tablet and Windows PC devices.
  • When creating a new email in a case entity, navigating back to the Timeline, and sending an email message, the email status was not changed to "closed".
  • When deleting or editing any voice channel in the Customer Service Admin center, the voice channel remained or was not modified.
  • A portion of the Audit History heading and content was not displayed when the display resolution of the page was increased and the browser window was resized.
