Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When using the "ctrl+F6" shortcut inside an email body edit field, keyboard focus did not move to the command bar.
  • When using tab navigation to browse app settings in the Sales Hub, keyboard navigation did not follow the correct focus order in the "Calls" tab within the “Teams call Preview” settings.
  • When a Dashboard contained a long name in the Sales Hub, keyboard focus did not extend to the entire Dashboard name.
  • When opening a Dashboard form without internet connectivity, the VoiceOver screen reader did not announce the error message present after selecting the "Try again" button in the Service Unreachable dialog box.
  • When using the tab key to select an email record within an advanced lookup, the Narrator screen reader announced that a pop up had opened when there was no pop up present in the selected record field.
  • When using touch commands to expand the table option in an email, the table collapsed and touch focus did not move to the table cell and more option controls.
  • When using tab navigation to browse app settings in the Sales Hub, keyboard navigation did not follow the correct focus order in the "Calls" tab within the “Teams call Preview” settings.
  • When opening a Dashboard form without internet connectivity, the VoiceOver screen reader did not announce the error message displayed after selecting the Try Again button in the "server unreachable" dialog box.
  • When using the tab key to select an email record within an advanced lookup, the Narrator screen reader announced that a pop up had opened when there was no pop up present in the selected record field.
  • VoiceOver focus was not moving to expanded tables or option controls in the New Email Screen of the Accounts menu.
  • In certain resolutions while the browser was set to 200% zoom, Resource Scheduling Optimization in Dynamics 365 Field Service was truncated when applying reflow.*
  • In the Sales Hub while using the Aquatic contrast theme, keyboard focus was not visible on the "View More" button when creating a new on the timeline of a contact entity.
  • In the Sales Hub while using the Aquatic contrast theme, focus was lost when selecting Cozy or Roomy from the Display layout within Personal Settings.

Unified Interface

  • When opening a timeline and switching between tabs in a case entity, the timeline did not load after switching back to the timeline in the Customer Service Workspace.
  • When the first condition in a Business Process Flow (BPF) was set to false in an opportunity entity, the BPF was no longer present.
  • When opening a lookup menu and selecting the "Recent records" link, the link destination navigated away from the initial page or form.

  • An error occurred when creating a new View in the Cases and Activities area of the Customer Service Hub.
  • An error occurred when creating a new "All Queues" view in the Cases and Activities section within the Customer Service Hub.
  • An error occurred when creating a new "all appointments" grid view and modifying the name.
