Permissions

Permission type
Permissions (from least to most privileged)
Delegated (work or school account)
IdentityUserFlow.Read.All, IdentityUserFlow.ReadWrite.All
Delegated (personal Microsoft account)
Not supported.

IdentityUserFlow.Read.All, IdentityUserFlow.ReadWrite.All
The work or school account needs to belong to one of the following roles:
Global administrator
External Identity User Flow Attribute administrator

Bearer {token}. Required.
Request body
Do not supply a request body for this method.
Response
If successful, this method returns a 200 OK
response code and a JSON representation of the identityUserFlowAttribute in the response body.
