List joinedTeams

Namespace: microsoft.graph

Important

APIs under the /beta version in Microsoft Graph are subject to change. Use of these APIs in production applications is not supported. To determine whether an API is available in v1.0, use the Version selector.

Get the teams in Microsoft Teams that the user is a direct member of.

Note: This API doesn't return the host team of the shared channel that the user is a direct member of. Use the List associated teams API, to retrieve the host teams of the shared channels that the user has access to.

Permissions

One of the following permissions is required to call this API. To learn more, including how to choose permissions, see Permissions.

Permission type Permissions (from least to most privileged)
Delegated (work or school account) Team.ReadBasic.All, TeamSettings.Read.All, TeamSettings.ReadWrite.All, User.Read.All, User.ReadWrite.All, Directory.Read.All**, Directory.ReadWrite.All**
Delegated (personal Microsoft account) Not supported.
Application Team.ReadBasic.All, TeamSettings.Read.All, TeamSettings.ReadWrite.All, User.Read.All, User.ReadWrite.All, Directory.Read.All**, Directory.ReadWrite.All**

Note: Permissions marked with ** are supported only for backward compatibility. We recommend that you update your solutions to use an alternative permission listed in the previous table and avoid using these permissions going forward.

Note: Currently, with user delegated permissions, this operation only works for the me user. With application permissions, it works for all users by specifying the specific user ID (me alias is not supported with application permissions). For details, see Known issues.
