Fix common issues with your Samsung Knox device

Troubleshoot common problems associated with managed Samsung Knox devices. Network activation error

The message you see might look like:

Samsung Knox activation error - The Samsung Knox license couldn't be activated. Switch to a different wireless or cellular network to try again. Your device can't get activated on its current network. If you're on cellular data, switch to a Wi-Fi network and try again, or vice-cersa.

License activation error

The message you see might look like:

Error message What you should try
Samsung Knox activation error - The Samsung KNOX license could not be activated. It might be because power saving is turned on. Turn off power saving mode in device settings and try again. Your device can't get activated for reasons that Microsoft needs to investigate. Send us feedback and we'll look for ways to fix it.

Power-saving mode error

The message you see might look like:

Samsung Knox activation error - The Samsung KNOX license could not be activated. It might be because power-saving mode is turned on. Turn off power-saving mode in device settings and try again.
