Copilot for Sales is an AI assistant designed for sales teams to maximize productivity and close more deals, bringing sales insights and next-generation AI into the tools you use daily like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 apps.
Copilot for Sales connects to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and can be configured to connect to other sales solutions. Microsoft 365 Copilot is included in Copilot for Sales, helping organizations benefit more broadly from productivity enhancements across their workflows. - Eligible Dynamics 365 Sales customers can access limited functionalities included within their existing license to get started. Limited functionalities do not provide access to the Microsoft 365 Copilot functionality. For more information, go to Copilot for Sales features for Dynamics 365 Sales users.
- Dynamics 365 Sales Premium users just have to buy Microsoft 365 Copilot to activate Copilot for Sales. More information, go to Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales license overview.
