3.3.2 Timers

In addition to the timers specified in section 3.1.2, the PNS uses the following timer:

Dial out Timer: This timer specifies the period of time within which the control connection of the PNS has to be in the established state as specified in [RFC2637] section 3.1.1. The value of this timer is 60 seconds.
