- Contact your CSAM to request access via your Microsoft Learn profile
- Ensure you are signed in with an authorized Microsoft Learn profile. This is the profile that's linked to the email address that you use to access your Microsoft Learn account. If you need to sign in or create a Learn profile, select Sign in at the top-right corner of the page. If you're creating a new Learn profile, use the email address that's associated with your organization.
