Microsoft Planner is part of the M365 and Office 365 suite subscriptions. Review the Microsoft Planner service description to understand the major features are included in which subscriptions and the environments Planner is available in. Planner in Teams requires a subscription that includes Microsoft Teams.
Planner includes full editing on basic plans and basic editing capabilities on premium plans. A Planner premium subscription is necessary to access the premium features available in premium plans. Planner premium subscriptions:

- Planner and Project Plan 3
- Planner and Project Plan 5
